Making payments
We only accept online payments. These are made safely and securely through Paypal, the web's best known and biggest online payments service, which is owned by eBay Inc. After you have selected your purchases and then clicked on the Pay Now button, you are transferred seamlessly to the Paypal website where you pay by credit card or debit card. When that's completed, you are returned to DressageDiagrams.com where your diagrams will be waiting.

It's important that users know that we at the Dressage Diagrams site have no access to your financial details - these are strictly between the buyer and Paypal.

Common issues

We have completed thousands of satisfactory transactions through Paypal but a few issues do crop up from time to time:

You DON'T need a Paypal account
Arriving at the Paypal site, you will have the option of creating a Paypal account. This is not necessary for making purchases on DressageDiagrams.com although you can if you want to of course.

For simple purchases like ours, just follow the on-screen instructions for making the payment.

Your Paypal password is not the same as your Dressage Diagrams password
This may be stating the obvious but a few of our users have complained that their DressageDiagrams.com password does not work on Paypal. Not only do we not know your Paypal password, we don't WANT to know it.

Why a minimum transaction charge?
Paypal charges us a percentage of every transaction. This is subject to a minimum amount which means that very small transactions would actually cost us money. That is why we charge £2.50 or $4.00 even if the value of your purchases is less.
